• Description:
• The contracting authority announces, in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts ("ZZVZ"), the right to conduct preliminary market consultations ("PTK") with experts or suppliers with the aim of preparing tender conditions and informing suppliers of their intentions and requirements, so that the tender conditions correspond to his needs as best as possible and are, together with the subject of the public contract, set in accordance with the ZZVZ. The contracting authority is ready to present its intention through the institute of preliminary market consultation according to § 33 of the ZZVZ circuit potential suppliers and discuss with them the key tender conditions of the public contract in question. This PTK is focused on quantifying 3 variants of the plan for the acquisition of equipment for the hematology laboratories of KZ a.s. The contracting authority communicates only such information as is publicly available or which subsequently become part of the procurement documentation for the public contract in question. The contracting authority publishes this information and at the same time addresses with an invitation those suppliers who are known to him as possible suppliers of the public contract in question.
