• Client - ​​Capital City of Prague, Department of Transport of the City Hall. m. of Prague ("Procurer") hereby takes the liberty of contacting you and politely asking you to participate in the preliminary market consultation ("PTK"), which will be conducted with the aim of preparing the tender conditions and informing about the plan The contracting authority submits a public contract for bicycle rental ("Bikesharing") in PID Lítačka. PTK aims to verify the suppliers' interest in participating in the planned procurement procedure according to the intended conditions of the Contracting Authority and the adequacy of the procurement conditions, and at the same time inform the market about the intention of the contracting authority to announce a public contract for the Study supplier. The Client's summary requirements for Bikesharing are included in Appendix No. 3 of the invitation. Based on the answers found within the PTK, the contracting authority can modify, supplement or rework the tender documentation and their parameters. This verification will take place mainly using the questionnaire, which forms attachment No. 2 of the invitation. The contracting authority intends to implement PTK in only one round. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate the organization of a second round, but does not completely rule it out. First round will take place through a written questionnaire, which forms attachment No. 2 of the invitation.
