Description: The purpose of the Consultation is to acquaint experts and potential suppliers with the intention of the prepared Public Contract and to obtain all information necessary for the effective, correct and objective setting of tender conditions. Through the Consultation, the Contracting Authority is interested in preventing possible risks that could arise during the award of the Public Contract, and possibly also subsequently during its performance.
The subject of the Consultation will be the presentation of the Public Contract, the appropriate and transparent setting of the tender conditions, and especially the discussion with experts and potential suppliers on technical and contractual issues related to future performance. The subject of the Public Contract will be the acquisition of user rights to the information system for managing requirements for the properties of building information model elements, data transfer from the client's temporary tool (ČAS BIM tool) to ISDSIMS, training, initial ISDSIMS setup and subsequent ISDSIMS operation for the duration of the contract.
