Description: The planned procurement procedure will be implemented to conclude a contract between the contracting entity and selected
Supplier of which will be processing and / or providing in particular:
(a) the project documentation of all required steps, including pre-project preparation and architectural studies of the building as specified in the draft contract to the extent applicable legislation;
(b) comprehensive engineering activities - services to acquire all necessary decisions, consents and authorizations as specified in the draft contract;
(c) author supervision as specified in the draft contract;
(d) cooperation in the selection of the construction contractor;
(e) other partial performance defined in the contract, defined in BIM Execution Plan and defined and, where appropriate, declared participants in the tender under the evaluation criteria table.
