Building description:
The building is a set of permanent buildings for sports and cultural events. The building is located on site of the original winter stadium that replaces. The multifunctional arena with adjacent objects will serve mainly to organize hockey matches, sports events, concerts, exhibitions and other cultural or social events.
The contracting entity is preparing and its construction intends to implement BIM using BIM.
