In order to find out the market situation, inform the market of the client's intentions and prepare understandable and professional terms of the quality tender conditions of the procurement procedure, ČD, A.S. They decided to realize a preliminary market consultation in accordance with Section 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement. The subject of market consultation is to find out current market opportunities to offer these engine units into use in the form of lease in the duration of 18 months with any option of subsequent purchasing purchase.
