The goal of České dráhy, a.s. is the purchase of motor vehicles intended for operation on the territory of the Czech Republic. In order to find out the situation on the market, to inform the market about the intentions of the contracting authority and to prepare comprehensible and professionally high-quality tender conditions of the said tender procedure, ČD, a.s. decided to carry out a preliminary market consultation in accordance with Section 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts.
