Description:
- The subject of the public order is a vehicle for pre-hospital ECPR, emergency transport of the ECMO team, for the Department of Transport Services of the General University Hospital in Prague (VFN).
2023, diesel engine, output from 170 kW, highest safety rating (5* according to EuroNCAP), SUV or station wagon, 4x4, automatic transmission, luggage compartment min. 800 liters. Luggage compartment modification for safe storage of ECMO device, cannula, air mixer, medical case with ECMO cannulation equipment, medical case for pre-hospital LP care, small oxygen bomb 2x (these components are not part of the delivery according to this VZ).
- The subject of the performance of the public contract (VZ) is also defined by the binding draft of the contract, which forms an appendix to the tender conditions No. 2.
- The vehicle is purchased for the purposes of the project "Implementation of the pre-hospital extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation system to ensure the availability of highly specialized care for patients with cardiac arrest". The project is co-financed by the European Union within the Operational Program Employment Plus.
- Place of performance: General Faculty Hospital in Prague (VFN), U Nemocnice 499/2, 128 08 Prague 2.
- Fulfillment period: 30 days from charging effectiveness of the purchase contract.
