Description:
The subject is the execution of the building, within the scope and according to the documentation for the execution of the building prepared by the company VPU DECO a.s., IČ 601 93 280, under contract number 2-0490-00/50 (hereinafter referred to as "PD") and the building permit issued no. MO 102082/2025-1322 (file no. 35996/2024-1322) dated January 27, 2025 issued By the Property Section of the Ministry of Defence, the Department for the Protection of Territorial Interests and State Professional Supervision, the Department of the Building Authority, which became legally binding on February 17, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Permit"). Individual parts of PD are processed at the level of classification: construction objects SO 110 and SO 111 without classification, in SO 110, low-current information, security, other/operational systems, and in SO 111, outdoor SLP distributions in the "Reserved" classification.
