Description:
According to the draft Contract for Works No. 6440-OŘS1-2023-129 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), the subject of the VZ is the processing of pre-project preparation for the creation of the necessary documents for the processing of project documentation, the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit for construction, the processing of documentation forconducting the construction, ensuring the author's supervision and ensuring the safety and health protection coordinator at work on the construction site.
Part of the pre-project preparation must be detailed documentation of the current state and a set of
specialized surveys, which will include in particular:
a) a complete survey anddrawing of the current state of the object;
b) hydrogeological survey;
c) mycological survey;
d) statics - structural survey;
e) construction - historical survey;
f) restoration plan - discuss with NPU;
g) energy audit.
The project documentation will be processed using the BIM method (Building Information Modeling/Management) in the sense of and in accordance with the BIM Protocol (Annex No. 2 of the Contract).
Detailed definition of the subject of performance of the VZ is given in Article 2 of the Contract and in Annex No. 1 of the Contract "Assignment - specification of the scope of work - construction" .
