Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a comprehensive solution for automation of the city's activities consisting of two main components - its own portal and application solution to support strategic activities.
The purpose of the portal is, as with the citizen's portal, electronize and automate support and auxiliary processes in the work of officials or generally city employees. The main desktop of the portal will include the planned activities clearly in one place (tasks for processing, approval documents, news, important warnings and more). The application component to support strategic activities will serve Especially for the preparation of documents and documents at the meeting of the city authorities and the related follow -up activities.
Part of the performance also includes services associated with delivery, installation and configuration, integration solutions, settings and consolidation of rules and permissions associated with the subject of delivery and its future operation In the technological environment of the contracting authority and training of employees (IT administrators) and users of the contracting authority.
