Description of the contract: The pre -award of the competition is to process the architectural design of the polyfunctional apartment building with an active parterre in the vacant of the block stop for the need for fine living of the City of Prague. City of Prague and at the same time processing the proposal of public areas and landscape modifications connected to the construction and breast shoe, it all on parcels c. 1121/1 in K.U. Vrsovice (Prague). The priority of the contest is to make the closest surroundings of the construction (part of land par. 2482/8, 2480, 1124,2501/1 in K.U. Vrsovice) and the pre -open area, which will serve for other coordinated procedures in the locality.
