- The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the removal of the existing building of the polyfunctional house and the subsequent construction of the building of the new building of the Lidicka 1864/18, in accordance with the elaborated architectural study, which It consists of Annex 3 of the tender documentation, in such a degree and quality that enables proper construction of the construction in accordance with relevant legislation (the requirements for individual project documentation are concretized in Annex 1 to the tender documentation).
The building of the new polyfunctional house has 2 wings, street and courtyard, 1 underground and 5 above -ground floors with a total surrounded area 12 770.80 m2. The building includes rehearsal rooms, recording studio, theater storage storage, workshop and dressing rooms for the Maintenance for the Brno City Theater, as well as commercial space, cafe and 14 service apartments. Part The elaborated project documentation will be proof of documents on negotiations with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the affected state administration bodies prescribed by special legislation and the incorporation of comments and decisions in project documentation.
