Description: the subject of public procurement in the period of 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2025 including:
a) Extension of standard SW support to 8031 permanent CAACCA990 licenses.
b) Performing two upgrades to the latest version of SW CA Client Automation. SW upgrades will be done according to current needs based on the order by the contracting authority. The SW upgrade may not be ordered by the contracting authority.
(c) superior support with quartal drawing - ensuring a maximum of 16 working days / man-day (hereinafter referred to as "MD") annually above standard support. The above-standard support will be pumped quaterally without ordering. Understandard support may not be exhausted in its entirety.
(d) Server support for order - ensuring a maximum of 20 Md of above-standard support. The above-standard support will be drawn according to current needs based on the order by the contracting authority. Understandard support may not be exhausted in its entirety.
