- Purchase of medicinal products according to the specification in the tender documentation. The contracting authority in the subject of the public contract states a list of active substances, the estimated number of benefits and the form of the benefit. The supplier assigns the name of the offered medicinal product to each active substance. The contracting authority defines in each medicinal remedy in Detail item of the subject of the dose form (eg tbl = tablet, cps = capsule, injections). The amount of medicinal products are indicative and serves only for the purposes of the tender and the selection of the supplier, the actual amount of taken medicinal products will follow the current need the contracting authority.
