- The subject of this public contract is the delineation and marking of land boundaries after completed land improvements in the sense of § 12 paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. on land adjustments and land offices and on the amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. Geodetic work and other results of surveying activities must comply with Act No. 256/2013 Coll., on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Act), as amended, and Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. The result will be the marking of boundaries in the field and the preparation of relevant documentation according to the specified regulations. Realization of the work means the delineation and marking of land boundaries, including related ones activities after land improvements in the cadastral territory of Horní Bělá. Expected scope of fulfillment: 11 MJ Architectural, technical and surveying services
