- The subject of the public contract is the establishment of a semi-expanded windbreak, which has a canopy that lets part of the moderated wind through and is the most suitable in the given conditions, as it effectively reduces the surface wind speed to a considerable distance on the leeward side and promotes the uniform deposition of snow betweeneasy plots of land. The windbreak will be established over the entire area with an average plot width of 7 meters. Part of the contract is follow-up care in the next three years after planting the windbreak.
