• Description:
• The subject of the fully awarded public contract is construction work, it is the reconstruction of building E in the grounds of the Municipal Polyclinic Otrokovice, where the premises on the second above-ground floor will serve as the Counseling and Crisis Center - the Center for Mental Health for Children, i.e. as ambulatory medical facility of group AZ2 according to SN 73 0835. Within the framework of the layout rights, non-load-bearing structures will be removed, new wall structures made of ceramic tiles will be made, the composition of the floors will be modified and new doors will be installed according to the requirements of the National Security Agency. The essence of building rights is just replace the old lift with a new personal lift without a separate engine room, with a load capacity and two overall dimensions of the cabin, enabling the transport of people with limited mobility and orientation in accordance with the requirements. 398/2009 Coll. There will be a new installation room on the 2nd above-ground floor air conditioning unit with heat recovery and local air conditioning units for individual surgeries. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract and the conditions for the performance of the public contract are given in the Business Terms and Conditions Draft Contract for Mining (area . 1 of the tender documentation) and in the projects documentation and inventory of construction works, supplies and services (area . 5 documentation tasks). The basis for the preparation of offers is the list of construction works, supplies and services, including the bill of lading, project documentation and other documents that are an integral part of this tender documentation.
