• Description:
• The subject of the project is the reconstruction and improvement of the energy efficiency of the building at Americk 8/39 in Plzeň due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of the building. It involves the reconstruction of well-lit office and common areas, the renovation of the courtyard facade with insulation, the replacement of windows, doors and doors, the repair of the building windows on the main staircase, reconstruction of the walls of the structure above the main staircase, the right wall after the removal of the brickwork. The essence of the subject is the preparation of the documentation of the actual construction (DSPS). Prior to the actual implementation, two-stage project documentation for the issuance of a building permit (DSP), including engineering activities and in details for the execution of the construction (DPS) in the detailed budget, which now serve as a basis for any public order for construction work. The designer's author's supervision, the builder's technical supervision and the health and safety coordinator will oversee the actual work. The nature and scope of the planned construction work are not expected to change compared to the original project documentation, the draft contract for the duration of the project with the development of documentation of the actual construction (DSPS) by the contractor.
  The reconstruction of the administrative building itself will require the installation of new lamps in LED design, with a high lifetime and meeting the value data standard, artificially lit for space data (intensity, illumination uniformity and glare index); replacement (replicas), repair (overhaul) of windows and doors, filling openings to ensure the elimination of thermal bridges and eliminate the formation of mold; insulated courtyard facade KZS, which will result in a perfectly sealed surface of the courtyard facade and renovation of the external fat plaster, which secures building arch before temperature changes.
