• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic power plants on the roofs of the buildings of individual organizations according to Appendix No. 3 of the Tender Conditions - the list of organizations in the form of Design and Build, including the training of responsible employees of the contracting authority. The owner of the buildings is the Hradec Kralove region and the FVE will be serve for the production of electricity that will be consumed within the operation of individual objects with allowed overflows of unused electricity into the distribution system and will be used for sharing.
  The starting basis for the processing of the offer are studies of the building technical solution and energy assessments for individual organizations, which are attachments No. 4 and No. 5 of this tender documentation. The technical solutions in the above documents are only suggested solutions. The client does not prescribe a specific technical solution for the work. However, the performances of individual FVEs according to the above-mentioned annex should be respected at least as a minimum due to the subsidy application submitted. In case of proof of a possible increase in the capacity of the PV plant under construction, this initiative will be resolved with the contracting authority.
  The public contract will be divided into two phases in the first phase, the selected contractor will provide project documentation in such levels and quality that will enable the issuance of a building permit, including securing the opinions of all affected entities, even if the PV plant is not subject to a building permit.
