- The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of gradual deliveries of stationary explosives detectors signaling trace amounts of explosives on the body and luggage of a controlled person and corresponding to the technical specification listed in Appendix F of the ZD (hereinafter also referred to as "ETD"). Furthermore, the subject of this Public Contract is forprovision of training, provision of service services, supply of spare parts and consumables, under the conditions set out in the sample contracts and their annexes (hereinafter also collectively referred to as "Performance").
