- The subject of the performance of the public order is the reconstruction of rooms No. 101, 103 and 300 according to the project documentation, which is Annex No. 7 of this procurement documentation, and the measurement statement, which forms Annex No. 9 of this procurement documentation. The subject and conditions of performance are public the contracts are further described in more detail in the draft contract for the work, which forms Appendix No. 3 of this procurement documentation. The subject of the performance of the public contract will be implemented in accordance with the conditions specified in the consent to the implementation of the announced construction plan dated 28 February. 2024, reference no.: UMCP1 114509/2024, which forms Annex No. 11 of this procurement documentation, notification of the start of preparatory work dated 12 February 2026, reference no. UKPF/76345/2026, which forms Annex No. 12 of this procurement documentation, with the conditions stated in the written statement professional organization of state monument care from 19 December 2023, no.
