The contracting authority is preparing the procurement procedure for the acquisition of licenses and implementation of the personnel information system ("PIS") to ensure agenda of human resources management of the Ministry of Finance ("MF"), incl. Securing Maintenance Licenses, incl. Incorporation of legislative changes, operating support and application support.
The preference of the contracting authority is to be able to maximize the standard product for the MF human resource management agenda, minimize the risk of creating dependence on specific suppliers and optimize the cost of acquiring and operating the system.
In order to verify the availability of such a product on the market, verifying the implementation of the implementation, timeframe and obtaining relevant documents for determining the expected value of the public contract, the contracting authority implements this preliminary market consultation.
