• Description:
• The subject of this call for the submission of tenders and the tender documentation is the conclusion of the framework agreement without the restoration of the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, on the basis of which the individual orders of the contracting authority will be made, the subject of which is to ensure continuous supplies of personal protective equipment and equipment components (hereinafter also "goods"). The framework agreement will be concluded within the meaning of § 132 para. (b) of the Act without renewing the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier with a duration of 4 years. The exact definition of the subject of the Framework Agreement and other requirements for its implementation including information, The conditions and specifications and other data are defined in the Annexes to this tender documentation.
  The logo in the curves will be delivered to the selected supplier when signing the framework agreement. Some goods may be required without inscription.
  Client On the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified there, always order the performance in time and to the extent according to its current need. As a rule, the contracting authority realizes approximately 6 orders during the calendar year, one of which ensures the annual needs of the contracting authority, the remaining 5 orders are realized Based on the current needs arising, for example, by the arrival of a new employee. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw from the framework agreement.
  The contracting authority stipulates that this public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act. Suppliers will submit their offer for the entire subject of performance of this public contract, As required in this tender documentation.
  Requirements for the subject of fulfillment of this public contract are specified in detail in Annex 1 Technical specifications.
