The contract template will be filled out in part (highlighted text in red and highlighted fields in the table), signed by the authorized person and filed with the offer as a draft of the Mining Contract.
Criterion. 2 Distance from the client's seat to the city of full distance I will use the internet link www.mapy.cz, where the address from the client's head office (Hranick 900, 751 31 Lipnk nad Bevou) to the city of Plno (contractor's place of business listed in point 4.2 of the draft Contract for mining) will be in the map, along with a ticked map of the route in the pay section.
