Description:
Implementation of reconnaissance flights to determine the health of forests in the Czech Republic in 2025 and 2026. In particular, the control and monitoring of the state of bark beetle and other forest harmful officials who threaten forest stands.Separate parts:
Part 1: Recognition in the "Bohemia" area → the territory of the Karlovy Vary, Usti, Pilsen, South Bohemian, Central Bohemian, Liberec and Hradec Kralove regions
Part 2: Recognition in "Moravia and Silesia" → Moravian -Silesian, Olomouc, South Moravian, Zlin, PardubiceThe regions and regions of the Highlands
The performance of both parts of the public contract will take place in parallel. The overall range of filling will represent flights of min. 2 pcs of aircraft in the total maximum range of 540 flight hours (time of reconnaissance flights made from a designated airport).
Part 1 - max. 340 range 340flight hours (assumption of 170 flight hours/year)
Part 2 - maximum range of 200 flight hours (assumption of 100 flight hours/year)
within each part of the public contract will be reconnaissance flights at least one (1) high -line aircraft or one (1) helicopter with a minimum capacity of 4 persons includingpilot (min. 3 -member reconnaissance group of adults + 1 pilot), flight height about 300 m above ground and speed of 160 - 220 km/h.after ...
