Description: A public contract called “Performance of the Technical Supervision of the Builder
And the OSH coordinator for projects and events of EPC II ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ Public Procurement ”) is a public contract for services. Based on the tendering procedure, a framework agreement to fulfill the subject of the public contract will be concluded with a maximum of five (5) participants. In the case of this public contract, this public contract is a major public contract for services awarded in open proceedings.
The subject of this public contract is the services of the technical supervision of the builder (TDS) and the activities of the OSH coordinator before and during the realization of construction work for the contracting authorities within the implementation of projects and events of the EPC II listed in the Annexes of the Framework Agreement.
