Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is to perform the performance of technical security supervision (hereinafter referred to as "TBD") over selected water parts III. Category and seven units (waterworks system III and IV category) flood control measures between 2026 and 2030.
The scope of TBD is determined by Act No. 254/2001 Coll. Waters and on amendments to some acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Water Act"), Decree No. 471/2001 Coll., On Technical Safety Supervision of Water Parts, as amended, and valid Programs of Technical Security Supervision for Individual Waterworks (hereinafter referred to as "PTBD"). Object Public procurement is also activities for PTBD that they will be carried out or processed by the company "Waterworks - TBD a.s." (ie these activities will be carried out by a selected supplier with which the contract will be concluded on the basis of this tender).
