Part A/
Ensuring the complete performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter TDS) during the implementation of the construction "Intensification of WWTP technologies, Jindřichův Hradec - 1st stage" consisting in the supervision of the compliance of the work performed with the verified project documentation "Intensification of WWTP technologies, JindřichůvHradec 1st stage", contract number 1555220-50 dated 01/2022 and the conditions of the building permit issued by the Regional Office of the South Bohemian Region, Department of the Environment, Agriculture and Forestry, Department of Ecological Landscape, Water Management and NATURA 2000 Ref. KUJCK 115/2022 of 9 March 2022 and inchewing of general technical requirements for construction and valid regulations. Furthermore, he will ensure the control of the technical execution and technological procedures of the construction, as well as their economy. In more detail, Article III. sample order contracts - see Appendix No. 1 of this procurement documentation.
Required scope of activity: 4hours a day/4 days a week.

Part B/
Ensuring the performance of the safety and health protection coordinator at work on the construction site (hereinafter OSH) in the sense of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection at work , as amended and according to implementing legislationto this Act, as amended, during the implementation of the "Intensification of WWTP technologies, Jindřichův Hradec 1st stage" construction. In more detail, Article III. sample order contracts - see Annex No. 2 of this procurement documentation.
Required scope of activity: 1 hour per day.
