- 3.2 The subject of the public contract is the performance of the technical supervision of the builder at the event "New use of the building of the former Peter Bezruč cinema for parking space": documentation. At the same time, cooperation in the solution of individual partial steps and details of the project will be required. TDS will apply proposals aimed at busting the construction, search for optimal and real solutions, for example, the solution of the way of demolition. Performance of TDS activities within the implementation - includes construction control, Organizing and conducting the construction days of the construction, monitoring and checking the drawing of the construction costs, discussing amendments, monitoring the prescribed tests and requiring documents that demonstrate the quality of the work, management and enrollment in the diary, checking the work. Preparation of documents for the handover and takeover of the building, checking the removal of possible defects and backlogs. The performance of the TDS also includes an engineering activity leading to the building approval.
