• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is to carry out a comprehensive construction-technical and construction-historical survey of the buildings of the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bubenč ("SČOV"), i.e. in particular to identify the historical value and the chosen approach to its preservation, construction-technical defects, limitations and malfunctions, determine their severity and the urgency of the solution. Part of the scope of the performance is also the detailed passport processing of preserved machines, technological equipment and historical equipment. The resulting outputs will serve as materials for the project documentation of the overall reconstruction. The WWTP building has been registered as a national cultural monument since 20101. At the same time, it is on the indicative list of UNESCO and at the same time represents an anchor point within the system of European routes of industrial heritage ERIH (European Route of Industrial Heritage). At the start of the procurement procedure and for the entire period of performance of the subject of the public contract, the SČOV facility will be operated by Trade Center Praha a.s. As part of the operation, the object is accessible to the public and at the same time inside it they run non-public events or it is used by filmmakers. This may affect access to WWTP facilities. The supplier should also have reflected these connections regarding the operation of the WWTP when designing its bid for the procurement procedure. The client is interested in WWTP in the future use as a multifunctional center for the general public, while preserving its character and in a way to ensure its long-term sustainability.
