- These are: - complete construction work of the existing catering building in the hospital in Pelhřimov, including a change in the operational concept of the building. The kitchen with cooking will be newly located on the 2nd floor and dispensing on the 1st floor. Warehouses will be retained in the 1.PP. Part of the building modifications will beNecessary layout, static modifications of existing load -bearing structures (reinforced concrete skeleton MS 71), modifications of existing connections of area resources, complete modernization of heating, connection of MAR system system to the hospital system and design of completely new catering technology corresponding to capacitykitchen. The construction will be realized during full operation of the kitchen throughout the construction - the construction will be carried out on stages. -Complete construction work and insulation of the existing building of the building of the former HTS (SO-14) and garage buildings (SO-15) connected to the eating building via a common heat exchanger station(object 13) again including the change of the layout of the building. Offices, warehouses, surgeries and day rooms will be retained in the 2nd floor. A new toilet for disabled will be created. Workshops will be preserved in the 1st floor. Part of the building modifications will be necessary layout adjustments incl. Complete reconstruction of internalBy installing, complete insulation of the building and replacement of external openings. The original garage building will be demolished. The new building will be extended to 3 garage stalls.
