• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the implementation of construction works consisting in the internal reconstruction of selected premises of the dean's office of the Employer's Faculty of Education, namely in the building at the address Žižkovo náměstí 951/5, Olomouc. The subject of the Public Contract is thus a completed change buildings, implemented exclusively in the interior and without interventions in the external parts of the building, material solution, stopped area or height arrangement. The construction modifications relate mainly to the 2nd and partly also to the 3rd above-ground floor, where the layout is modified, changing the way selected rooms are used and modernizing technical installations in accordance with the Client's current operational requirements. The construction work according to this public contract will be carried out during the operation of the building and simultaneously with the ongoing reconstruction of the building, which is performed by another supplier. For this reason, it is necessary to take into account the coordination of work, temporal and spatial coordination of procedures and respect for organizational and safety measures resulting from the parallel implementation of construction activities.
