- The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of one -stage documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), which will serve for the issuance of the relevant permits pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, as amended, which will include a list of construction work, supplies and services with a statement by the term on revitalizationOld school building on Kopeček in Kostomlaty nad Labem. On the basis of a processed PD, the contracting authority is to use this object for civic amenities in combination with housing. The basis for processing PD is an architectural study.
