- The subject of a small -scale public contract is the processing of project documentation for the construction called "PD Regeneration of the Panel Housing Estate I Stage - Stage and".
This is the processing of complete project documentation for authorization of the project with all necessary requirements according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., BuildingAct, and implementing decrees. It includes discussion of the documentation with the authorities, owners and technical infrastructure administrators and the owners of the property.
Furthermore, elaboration and submitting an application to the relevant building authority, processing all necessary consents and permission required for subsequentconstruction of the building.
