- The subject of the order is the processing of project documentation.
SO01 Underground single-level parking garage for 110 parking spaces with a communication connection to the "Horseshoes" backbone service road reconstructed by a separate event
The parking garage will be designed as a reinforced concrete underground structure. Support systemmixed wall/column frame, "green" roof will be part of the park.
SO02 Park modifications of the existing area "Vajgar - Podkova"
The solution consists of two parts with different characteristics of use.
- The eastern sunny part will be made up of a roof garden on the parking building. He dominates her big timechildren's playground with a wider range of game elements and a sunken sandpit.
- The western, shadier part will not be affected by the construction of the parking lot. The central location here will be a threshed area with a petanque court, a water feature with a drinking fountain and water jets. Generous benches are located on siteintersection with the main pedestrian route leading through the entire housing estate.
Part of the park's solution are garden landscaping, a network of paved roads for pedestrians, installation of elements for active and passive rest, and a blue-green infrastructure for the use and retention of rainwater to irrigate the park.
