• Description:
• The subject of the order PD- Reconstruction of building no. 88 is the processing of project documentation at the level of documentation for construction permit (DSP) and documentation for construction implementation (DPS) to the extent specified in Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. Project documentation refers to property no. 88 listed as an accommodation facility (628 m2). The building is located on the plot no. St. 143/1 (4819 m2). (known as Hotel Travný), which is owned by the municipality of Pražmo. The building served as a hotel for a long time (it has been like this for more than 90 years operated), however, the cost of its operation has increased many times and the condition has worsened in the meantime. The building needs complete reconstruction incl. interiors and energy sources. Based on the municipality's decision, the building should now be reconstructed and the way of use changed to the cultural center. The layout of the building is suitable for the purpose of the center, and thanks to this, the municipality will have a space where it can organize cultural events, since the municipality of Pražmo does not have such a space. Municipal balls will be held in the reconstructed building, carnivals, and other cultural and local social and leisure events. The building at Pražmo 88, which is the subject of project documentation processing, is a brick building, probably built in the 20s-30s. years of the 20th century. The building has 1 underground and 3 above ground floor. The underground floor is only under the main building, the social hall has no basement. 3. NP is only a partial, attic building. The roof of the building is gable with two-sided hip. It was probably built without a basement in the 1980s one-story extension of the lounge and social rooms with a flat ŽB roof.
