• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the development of complete project documentation for the parking garage in Alejní street in Teplice, including technical discussion in order to ensure the feasibility of the construction. The performance includes all work and activities related to a necessary for the comprehensive completion of the work in the entire scope of the assignment and in accordance with the general technical requirements and legal regulations applicable to the processing of documentation. The project documentation will mainly deal with: • own building of the Parking House, including parking surfaces under tension •connecting bridge (arrival and exit to the span), which will be structurally independent, dilatationally separated from the structure of the parking building and bridging the span 1/8 (condition in the opinion of the ŘSD) •repositioning of the existing HV and low current lines, which it passes through the construction site on the west side • DN 500 water supply pipe crossing, on the east side PD - Parking building in Alejní ul., Teplice The subject of the public contract is the development of complete project documentation, including technical discussion, so that it is secured construction feasibility.
