Description:
To process the project documentation of container standing in the northwest corner of the city land No. 3893 k.u. Pardubice in Češkova Street. The whole plot is fenced and has it in the loan of the Waldorf school.type of operation.
Part 1 - Study - necessary reconnaissance work, focus and processing of the documentation of the current state of interest premises, to the extent necessary for making project documentation. In this stage, possible relocations of utilities, including utilities (ID), agreementDesigned variants from the contracting authority, Waldorf school and owners of public transport and technical infrastructure. Part 2 - DPZ - Processing Project Documentation for Enabling of Intext (DPZ), including providing engineeringActivities (IČ), submission of an application for authorization of the project and ensure cooperation in these proceedings, up to the final authorization of the project.Work, supplies and services, with bills. Furthermore, an orientation schedule of work will be prepared.and the health of the non -threatening work, the project documentation will also include a proposal for ZOV resolution.Opinions/statement of owners of public transport and technical infrastructure, possible participants of the proceedings and affected owners of neighboring real estate. In the PD, all their possible comments/conditions will be solved and incorporated.
