• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of design and engineering (and related) activities for the contemplated investment project Completion of the Ostrava-Poruba tram network (hereinafter also referred to as "Construction"), in particular: - creation of a Building Information Model (BIM) in detail enabling the creation of project documentation for the issuance of the Construction Plan Permit (DPZ) and the actual delivery of the DPZ including the complete document part to the Customer, - securing all binding opinions and statements of the concerned bodies and administrators of engineering networks and taking into account any comments of these entities in the DPZ being processed, property law preparation of the Construction and other engineering and similar activities necessary to ensure the approval of the Construction plan, - elaboration of BIM in detail enabling the creation of an implementation project documentation (DPS) and own delivery of the DPS including the complete document part to the Customer; The DPS will be delivered to the Customer including the awarded and non-awarded list of works for the purpose of selecting the Construction contractor in accordance with the ZZVZ procedure, - provision of other engineering activities and others of the activities required to ensure the preparation of the construction implementation and the selection of the construction contractor (preparation of responses to suppliers' requests for clarification of the procurement documentation regarding the processed DPZ and DPS within the framework of the procurement procedure for the selection of the construction contractor, updating issued permits, binding opinions and statements for the needs of DPS processing, etc.), -maintenance of BIM throughout the construction period in accordance with the construction being carried out and any deviations from the approved DPZ and DSP...
