- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to draw up the project documentation for building permit, project documentation for the award/implementation of the construction entitled: Reconstruction KD Velká Beranov, within the meaning of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. The Building Act, as amended, and implementing decrees, according to an architectural study, which consists of Annex 4 of this challenge, as well as project documentation of interior equipment and all matters necessary for building approval, both drawing and text parts. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is: a) elaboration of the list of construction work, supplies and services with the bill of quantities, description of technical standards. b) Ensuring author supervision c) provision of cooperation within the tendering procedure for the actual implementation of construction work (processing of responses related to project documentation within the provision of explanations etc.). d) engineering activities and opinions - processing of applications and ensuring positive binding opinions of the concerned authorities and network administrators for elaborated relevant degrees of project documentation; incorporating opinions concerned ...
