- The subject of the public contract is the supply of desktop computers, monitors and switches, namely:
a) 111, PC, internal department (4 pcs);
b) 111, PC, central laboratory (2 pcs);
c) 111, PC, microbiology laboratory (2 pcs);
d) 112, Monitors, internal department (4 pcs);
e) 112, Monitors, central laboratory (2 pcs);
f) 112, Monitors, microbiology laboratory (2 pcs);
g) 113, Switches large for the overall network security solution - MAIN, internal department (2 pcs); a
h) 113, Small switches for the overall network security solution - BASIC, internal department (6 pcs);
for the needs of the relevant department of Šumperk Hospital a.s., namely dle detailed specifications of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD Technical specification (3 separate documents in excel format, each with several sheets) and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD Purchase Agreement.
The subject of the contract is also:
• drepair and installation at the place of performance
• insurance associated with the delivery of goods
• training of the contractor's employees
• provision of warranty service to the extent and under the conditions specified in the contract for the performance of the public order
• disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing nwaste disposal - Documents :
