- Description:
- The subject of the public procurement is the SW solution of the payroll, personnel and attendance information system, the end user of which will be the entities of the statutory city of Usti nad Labem, in particular the City Council and 4 city districts, with implementation in various stages determined by the target concept. Subjects cities also include contributory organizations of the city, or other organizational components of the city (e.g. city archive, city police).
The system will contain at least 3 main logical units (modules):
• Personnel
• Wages
•Attendance
Services related to delivery, installation and configuration are part of the performance, by setting up and consolidating and integrating the subject of delivery and its future operation in the client's technological environment. As part of the delivery, the selected supplier will also process the target concept and conduct training for the client's operators (administrators) and users.
Part of the fulfillment of the public contract is also the support of the delivered solution to the extent of the requirements stated in the technical specification (Annex No. 6a and No. 6b of the procurement documentation) for all delivered SW licenses, services and work and according to the terms of the Agreement on the provision of operational support (see Annex No. 4b). In addition to the support, the selected supplier will also provide development services according to the client's requirements.
