Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is a project activity consisting in the preparation of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit (hereinafter referred to as "DSP"), including engineering activities list of works, including the acreage report (hereinafter also referred to as "DPS"), co-operation in the implementation of the tender for the construction contractor and performance of author's supervision in the construction, for the construction of Pavilion "X" in the hospital complex in Jilemnice.
