- The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of project documentation and the provision of investor-engineering activities leading to obtaining the relevant authorities and permission in relation to the project "The Pavilion of the Schools, Primary School Prague 10-Štěrboholy" (in summary also the "project"). Project solution offered by participant It must correspond to the binding documents, technical, functional and qualitative criteria and the extent and conditions specified in the tender documentation and in its attachments (this part of the performance also the "phase of design"). The subject of the public contract is to perform the implementation of the work (independently also the "work") on the basis of and in accordance with the outputs of the previous activity of the supplier as the contractor (this part of the performance also the "Phase Build").
