- The subject of the public contract is two buildings on one road: a) realization of the construction of the "modification of the road II/475 Havířov - Karviná in km 13.90 - 14.20" (hereinafter referred to as "modification"). The adjustment is caused by the terrain decreases caused by mining activities. The new floodplain of the road is designed to equalize the existing drops and ensure full functionality of the road. The length of the adjustment is given by the height connection to the existing level. The construction will be carried out according to the project documentation prepared by Ing. Idou Macháčková, 01/2018, and in accordance with the building permit file no. SMK/138479/2018 OSŽP/VC, which came into force on 1.1.2019. The construction started with partial works on 22.1.2019 and subsequently interrupted on 1.4.2019. The repair of mining damage will be realized on the basis of the request of the road administrator - the Road Administration of the Moravian -Silesian Region, a contributory organization where the road administrator will be a contracting party in the three -sided contract for work.
