- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The contracting authority assumes a training of about 9,000 passenger hours in courses with a maximum of 12 persons per course. The contracting authority reserves the right not to fulfill the course with the maximum number of participants. The supplier undertakes to realize the course at min. the number of 8 people. Due to the current situation at the time of course implementation, mild deviations may occur due to the absence of employees involved (sickness, holiday, business trip, etc.). The details of the performance are further stipulated in the binding draft of the contract, which is Annex 6 of this tender documentation. The anticipated thematic circuits are given in the specification of the subject of the performance that forms Annex 5 to this tender documentation
