• Parking building Nový Lískovec The subject of this public order is the construction of a parking garage on the existing parking area in the Brno - Nový Lískovec urban area. The building is designed to increase the number of parking spaces in the area of ​​Svážná and Oblá streets, while the new one will be 294 public parking spaces available. It is a low-cost parking house with maximum use of the existing space of the parking area. The four-story parking garage will be placed in the terrain in such a way as to take advantage of its slope. It will be for the construction of the building necessary permanent acquisition of land under the management of the investor and the ŘSD and SÚS. Furthermore, a temporary occupation will be necessary. The temporary occupation area will serve as the construction site itself and as access to the construction site and for the storage of lighter material.
