• Description:
• This is a change to the completed building. The building serves and will serve as a parking area for storing containers and technical service equipment and road maintenance and for short-term parking of vehicles. The total storage area is 388.6 m2. Mobile and basic the surface layer is made of water-permeable recycled asphalt, which will only be modified by rolling. The edge of the 7.55 m long connection of the slope to the road will be made with curbs placed vertically into the concrete support and with an elevation of 20 mm above the surface of the asphalt road. In the past, the parking area was used for various purposes, mainly for the temporary parking of vehicles that belonged to customers of the nearby pub and businesses in the vicinity. In order to ensure a better finish and stability, this area was subsequently coated gravel. Newly, the surface of the handling surface will be supplemented with a compacted layer of recycled material in thickness 100 mm. It will be used either an asphalt tablecloth without tars fr. 0-63 mm or crushed concrete material fr. 0-63 m. Demarcation of the area is not proposed, but at discretion the investor, the area on the north and west sides can be defined by loose stones creating a natural barrier between the grassy and landscaped terrain. The slope of the surface will be towards the north in min. slope of 1% to the northern and western borders. The construction will not be for its operation consume no energy. Rainwater will be trapped in the area of ​​the plot. The subject of the contract is specified in more detail in Annex No. 4 and Annex No. 5 of this procurement documentation.
