Description: The subject and purpose of the procurement procedure is to obtain a design of urban and functional solutions of the so-called paper square, which is currently the internal peripheral of the statutory city of Liberec.
The output should be the overall idea of development in the form of "masterplan", which, in addition to urban-architectural principles, is also presented by the principles to ensure the planned use and regulation of urban and private construction. Based on the basis of a detailed territorial study of the territory.
At the same time, the subject of the performance of public procurement and architectural-landscaping proposal for urban terraces. It will be further elaborated into complete project documentation and subsequent implementation.
Solved territory has an area of 74,768 m2. Part of the solved territory defined for the urban terrace project has an area of 3.060 m2.
